Who's Who?

Who's Who?

Read on to find out more about our Junior Travel Ambassadors and what inspired them to join the JTA scheme.

Vandana, 6SC

‘One travel issue is that of the pavements which are broken or uneven. This can be a risk for children.’

Ameerah, 6C

There are some cars preventing space for our pupils to line up. Pavements are for pedestrians not for cars. If cars are parked on a driveway, please make sure there is space for us pedestrians.’

Saharah, 5K

‘Lots of cars are passing outside of the school gates, polluting the air. They include greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide which traps energy from the sun, causing global warming.’

Enoch, 5I

‘I think we should put gates on both sides of Golfe Road so no cars come in at 9.05 to 9.20 and 3.20 to 3.30.’

Mithran, 4S

‘It is important to raise safety issues concerning roads and travelling as we are at risk if the community isn’t aware.’

Jairo, 4L

‘I think that cars should stop entering and leaving Golfe Road because we need to queue and we can’t make social distance when cars are constantly obstructing.’
